Come try our collaboration menu by Chef Emil Ess, Chef Daniel Chavez & Chef Tamara Chavez on 29 September. We will be creating a menu that crosses southeast asian ingredients and flavours with South American and Spanish dishes.

About Chef Daniel Chavez
For over 25 years, Peruvian Chef Daniel Chavez’s career has taken him to some of the finest dining establishments in the world. In 2021 Daniel founded CANCHITA Peruvian Cuisine in Dempsey Hill.

Daniel has received At-Sunrice “GlobalChef Award” in 2017 , “Entrepreneur of the Year 2018” by Peruvian University San Ignacio de Loyola and the recognition of Peruvian Culinary Ambassador of Singapore by the Peruvian Embassy of Singapore.

About Chef Tamara Chavez
With 18 years of international experience under her belt, Mexican-born Tamara Chavez is arguably one of the most credible advocates of Latin American gastronomy in Singapore and Asia. Currently at CANCHITA and TINTO at Dempsey Hill, Tamara previously headed the kitchens of TONO Cevicheria and OLA Cocina del Mar.

Tamara has been a finalist for the Female Chef Of The Year award by the World Gourmet Summit in 2020, 2021 and 2022. She has also been awarded Mentor Chef of the Year by At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy in 2022 for her continuous job supporting new local culinary talents in Singapore.
